Are you worrying  with the order that you got from AARUDHRA FASHIONS?

 We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. So that we take return only if you got any defective or damaged also give you exchange if you got any size issues. You will get return in the form of product or coupon code only not the original amount which you paid. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your Aarudhra Fashions purchases.

  • Inform: You need to share the name ,  Parcel opening video from beginning till end  with out any cut and image of the product via email at aarudhrafashions2@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging with receipt. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return  request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy also Exchange products are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. 

Important Point to be noted:

  1. Items bought on Sale, Clearance Sale or Gift Cards will not be exchanged.
  2. Incase of any defects and missing items we will need a first time unboxing video from beginning till end with out any cut. Exchange will not process if the video is not provided.
  3. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours after the product has been received.
  4. Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns. 
  5. If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange will not be processed.
  6. 200 will be charged to the customer for the reverse pickup.
  7. All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 

Cancellation of your order:

  • Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as refund-coupon-code. (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges).

 
REFUND POLICY  

Mode of Refund

  • Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase

For any order that was not delivered:

  • The refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund. 

    Refund Time

    • Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. 
    • The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order. 
    • A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.

     Applicable Deductions

    • Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
    • Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
    • For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
